I just got back in from attending the Oak Ridge District Meeting of the United Methodist Church tonight. This was held at Cove Lake State Park.
It was great to see all of the pastors and to get to meet the new ones that are coming into the district. We have a new Alan McKee and his wife Charlotte are our new district superintendent and wife. It's a good time to be a United Methodist in the Holston Conference. I look forward to working with this terrific group of pastors for years to come!
